1. Handcraft, Our Order Process
Handmade entirely in-house, from design to production from our open studio/store in Auckland, New Zealand. All of our products are made premium Italian cow nappa and exquisitely handcrafted by us in-house. Due to the bespoke nature of GEORGIA JAY products, marks and variations in the leather are intrinsic to the natural beauty of the leather. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be edited or cancelled.
2. 10% off First Purchase
Sign up to our newsletter to receive 10% off your first purchase. Submit email at the bottom of the page to sign up. This offer cannot be used in conjunction to other offers.
3. Preparing for Shipping
Please allow up to 5 working days to process and prepare your order for dispatch. Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking link. Please refer to our Shipping Info page for more details. Please note, we do not take responsibility for any delays during shipping. Once the package has left our studio it is the customers responsibility to contact the courier to locate and track your order. Local guidelines apply once your purchase is in your country and may be subject to local customs duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination; these are not included in your purchase.
4. Returns and Exchanges
New Zealand Online Orders
For full price orders only. It's important that you are completely satisfied with your purchase so we are happy to offer an exchange, gift card or refund if your bag is not quite right for you. You will need to email hello@georgiajay.com within 48 hours of the delivery of your order and submit order number and item you wish to return or exchange. Once confirmed, we will send return information and requirements. We must receive your return within 7 days of confirmation. Returns received outside of this date will not be accepted. All shipping costs associated with your return will be a the cost of the sender. All products must be in perfect condition in original packaging. We will then process your exchange, refund or hold a credit for you for 12 months from the purchase date.

International Online Orders
For full price orders only. International customers please select your products carefully as international purchases are not eligible for refunds. However, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit if your bag is not quite right for you. Email your order info to hello@georgiajay.com within 48 hours of the delivery of your order to submit your return request. Once confirmed, we will send return information and requirements. 5. Spend and Save Offer
Please choose carefully as all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Offer available online and instore. Once your order has been placed, no changes or edits can be made. All orders will be processed as received and we cannot combine shipping with multiple orders. Please allow up to 5 working days to process, prepare and dispatch your order. The first purchase discount code cannot be used in conjunction with this offer. Offer ends November 30th or until stock runs out.
6. Warranty
We make bags to love and to last. We offer a 12-month manufacturing warranty on all of our products. If a Georgia Jay product is deemed faulty (by Georgia Jay) we will repair, replace or exchange the item within 12 months of the purchase date. Please note marks and variations in the leather are not considered a fault but are intrinsic to the natural beauty of the leather. We ship worldwide via NZ Post INTL, all shipping costs associated with an exchange are the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to return a faulty bag, please email us at hello@georgiajay.com with your purchase date details. Once an item is returned to us, we will assess and if deemed faulty by Georgia Jay, we will repair your item, failing this we will replace or refund your item. Georgia Jay will not refund or exchange products that have been damaged due to general wear and tear. We can, however, offer to repair your product at an additional charge. If your return falls outside the warranty period or without proof of purchase, we can offer repair services at the customer's expense.
